Introductory Statement
My Goals for Serving the Tuscany Residents
1. Oversee and manage the openness and beauty of our community so that it continues to be a place that people want to live in.
2. Oversee and manage the finances and individual homeowner dues of our community so that they are always used and spent appropriately for the benefit of us ALL.
3.Prioritize items big or small so that you don’t ever feel unheard. Asphalt Repair to American Flagpole to Benches to Pool open Year-Round. If concerning to our residents it needs to be taken seriously.
4. Work with the Board and the Committees that report up to us on the board so that we always provide the best services and functions to our residents. Make sure we canvass residents about the rec center or any other ideas this community might have going forward so everyone’s input is considered because this is our community.
